Your new company
Our client is owns one of Australia's most significant and high profile retail sites. They are preparing for a development which will reposition the centre as the go to retail hub for the Sydney region.
Your new role
The Operations Manager will manage the facilities during a significant upgrade ensuring the operations are safe, compliant, user friendly and effective for their tenants and their customers. You will minimise trading disruption and oversee all elements of the operations to achieve redevelopment period trading goals. Moving forward from the upgrade you will be responsible for one of the largest shopping centres in Sydney.
What you'll need to succeed
As Retail Operations Manager - FM you will have a proven history in managing major retail facilities; ideally have prior experience managing operations or facilities within a Shopping Centre Major whilst it has undergone a redevelopment. Strong project management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills will be fully utilised in this highly visible and challenging job.
