The Role:

Managing a team of 2 Property Managers and 1 Routines Specialist
Trust accounting
Liaising directly with Landlords & Tenants
Tenancy agreement preparation & sign-ups
Arrears, termination notices & rent reviews
General adhoc duties
Tribunal attendance where necessary
Rent reviews
Daily and end of month reconciliation
Business Development

Experience:

Console Operating System (preferred)
Excellent time management & attention to detail
Previous property management experience - min 2 years
Faultless presentation with an ability to work hard & unsupervised
Certificate of Registration & own car
