About the role
The Property Manager role involves all facets of Property Management including liaising with tenants and landlords, entry and exit inspections and reports, routine inspections, overseeing arrears management, maintenance and leasing and providing direction and support to your team. You will have two full time assistants plus admin staff to support you in this role.

Skills and experience
Experience in Residential Property Management
Current Real Estate Certificate
Current Driver's Licence
Excellent administration and typing skills
Great communicator with staff and clients
Able to multi-task and time manage effectively
