LJ Hooker Westlakes | Henley Beach is rapidly expanding and an opportunity is now available for a Property Manager to join our award winning team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager and should possess a comprehensive understanding of the SA rental market. Written, verbal and organisational competencies should be first-rate and an ability keep calm and carry on under pressure is mandatory.

Key day-to-day responsibilities include;

• Building and Maintaining Landlord and Tenant Relationships

• Property Portfolio Management - no leasing, routine inspections or trust accounting

• Arrears Management

• Ingoing/Outgoing Inspection Reporting

• Repairs Management

• Tribunal Application and Attendance

• Administration

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Corporate presentation

• Motivated and energetic

• Excellent communication organisation and time management skills

• Resourceful multi-tasker to deliver consistent high results 

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Attention to detail

• Property management license desirable (will be required within 12 months)

• Drivers License and reliable car

• Preferably have at least 2 years experience in a similar role;

• Have a positive, can-do attitude

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Provide a current Police clearance
