The Response RE team is looking for a motivated, energetic Property Manager who also loves Business Development. Working alongside a strong Property Management Department and a highly approachable director, you will enjoy working within the industry.
To be considered for this role, your responsibilities will involve:
- Looking after a portfolio
- Business development to grow the portfolio
- Ingoing/Outgoing inspections
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Open homes and routine inspections
- Market appraisals
- Working with the sales team for referrals
- An understanding in property investing
- An ability to liaise with tradespeople
- Full time position with flexible hours with alternating Saturday work
