Our client is one of Australia’s leading Real Estate groups, proudly managing a high quality Australian property portfolio valued at billions of dollars (including Shopping Centres).

They are seeking an Administration Assistant, to work on a bustling shopping centre right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. The shopping centre has a large fashion offering and is home to a number of international and boutique brands.

Your role will consist of various responsibilities...

• Daily banking
• Database maintenance
• Budgets and forecasting
• Supporting the accounts team (processing invoices & purchase orders)
• Lease administration 
• Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees
• Customer and tenant enquiries
• Supervising reception

Working knowledge of JD Edwards will be seen as a real STRENGTH.

To be successful for consideration, you will have strong knowledge of administrative and financial management procedures and will have ideally, worked in the Property sector before.  You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also thrive working in a team environment, as well as have the ability to work autonomously.
