Our client is a privately owned company with a large and diverse range of property assets. Their activities focus on developing, managing and sustaining capital across a portfolio of Agriculture, Private Equity and Property assets.
Our client's Real Estate Division has 3 primary roles:
1. Property Development - identifying opportunities, acquiring sites and development management of projects.
2. Property Management (and Facility Management) of an existing property portfolio of commercial assets across Geelong and Melbourne
3. Growing the portfolio of properties under management by researching and identifying appropriate opportunities
The role
A new role is available within the Real Estate division for a Property and Facility Manager. This role will report directly to the General Manager and will be involved in all aspects of management with a particular focus on managing the existing portfolio of assets. This includes approximately 15 sites with a total of over 70 tenants across a wide variety of properties.
The successful applicant will also be involved in assisting in the other areas of the real estate division particularly as the portfolio grows.
Commercial property management or asset management experience plus exposure or experience in facility management is essential for this role.
