JOB DESCRIPTION

If a fresh, dynamic, and challenging workplace is for you, then you’ll be excited by this amazing opportunity. We are now seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. A varied and interesting role, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Creating and managing relationships
  • Finding new listings
  • Managing a database
  • Attending open for inspections

 

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT 

It’s an amazing time to be joining the Nicholas Scott crew. With changes to our marketing strategies, the implementation of new and innovative technology, and a commitment to consistency and development both commercially and professionally, we are now seeking like-minded people to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with previous sales experience. You will be required to have:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in within a team 
  • Your own car and drivers licence
  • Excellent time management skills

 

In addition to these skills, and in line with our new direction, the following would be advantageous: 

  • A thorough understanding of social media and its commercial benefits
  • Ease of operation of various social media platforms
  • A commercial appreciation for graphic design and photography within the real estate industry
