XKL Investment Group is a local agency based in Central Park Sydney. XKL Group focuses on Property Sales and Property Management, recently added Airbnb Management Services. We are currently looking for a driven and experienced individual to focus on new business development.
Ideally, you would like to work 3 days per week with the view to go full time once the portfolio has grown to around 80 properties.
Your duties:
- Bringing on the new listing for Airbnb management (KPI)
- Advertising new properties on major OTA
- Photo shooting
- Daily rate price optimize
- Vacancy rate control
- Regular inspections
- Working closely with the Sales Team to capitalize on and assist with the development of close client relationships
- Other administrative duties as required
You are required:
- Current Drivers license
- Local area knowledge is highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Second language skill is an advantage (preferable Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Have the drive to bring on new management and have the excellent client focus
- At least 1-year experience within real estate, Airbnb or BD industry
- Preferred Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Tenacity is very important
