About the Role:
- Providing admin support to senior property manager
- Processing rental applications
- Lodging and coordinating maintenance orders
- Scheduling routine, entry & exit inspections & assisting with property condition reports
- Database management (Console)
- Assisting with reception as required
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in real estate
- Desire and drive to be an exceptional property manager in the future
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high end customer service to owners and tenants
- MUST HAVE Property Management Registration QLD
- MUST HAVE own car and QLD driver license
- Salary between $40,000 to $45,000 plus super dependant upon experience
- Mentoring and career development from leaders with years of experience
