A fantastic position has become available with a large global service provider operating from one of their prestigious Perth locations
The role will be based in Perth CBD and be operational across retail assets on a key portfolio for the business. With a strong and collaborative team on-site and reporting into the Centre Manager you will have scope across all day-to-day running of retail operations including marketing and leasing responsibilities. About the role

You will be:

• Aiding the completion across leasing from a contractual point of view and working between client, tenant and legal stakeholders
• Managing the preparation of forecasts and budgets alongside the centre manager
• Overseeing and assisting with preparation of marketing plans as well as the implementation of retail promotion activities and events
• Managing relationships for associated services and working with the operations teams for processes across all technical elements where necessary
• Manage and maintain all relationships with the tenants and respond to matters in a timely manner
• Maintain strong communication across the team and management
• Be the key point of contact for all tenants/retailers and be the go-to person for the operations team to ensure smooth daily running of all retail areas
• Improving the retail performance on your site through effective planning and operational improvements

About you

• You must have prior experience working in the retail property industry, ideally between 1-3 sites simultaneously.
• You must understand and be able to accurately interpret retail leases and have a strong knowledge across the retail leases act
• Suitable for candidates coming from an assistant centre manager, retail or centre manager background.
• Experience managing centre financials with a strong business acumen
• Strong and efficient problem-solving skills with a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships
• Able to work autonomously however with a strong team ethic and collaborative approach to all
• A tertiary related degree would be an advantage but is not a necessity if relevant experience in retail management is able to be demonstrated
• Strong communication, presentation and people skills with a high regard for customer service
