Looking for a fresh perspective & outlook in a Property Management Role?

Richardson & Wrench Bargara Beach are enthusiastically seeking an Experienced Property Management Professional to join our Property Management Team.  Due to sustained growth, our Professional Rental Department requires an experienced Property Manager to join our friendly progressive agency team. The team has a very professional presence and enjoys a down to earth environment with fun and cohesiveness. If you want to work in a proven team based office on the Bundaberg/Bargara Coast, and you LOVE Property Management then we need to talk to you.

The role will be Full Time and you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills with ongoing training, support & guidance from the Principal (REIQ Bundaberg Zone Chair) and Agency Administrator, who supports and guides the team.

Our rent roll consists of quality houses and units along the coast and in Bundaberg. R&W Bargara Beach is a business that chooses to work with quality properties and proactive landlords.

Here’s what we definitely need to see in a candidate!

* Possession of a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration,

* Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ current experience in Property Management,

* Current driver’s license (you are able to use the zippy red Company car!)

* Experience in the Queensland Residential Tenancies Act,

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

* Ability to think proactively, not reactively in line with Best Practice procedures,

* Strong computer skills including Console, Realworks, & Microsoft Office Programs,

* Great Time Management skills,

* Exceptional customer service skills,

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* Your personality will be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated & have high ethical values.

* Attention to detail.

* Able to be responsible & accountable for property management work flows,

* Able to accept changes to procedures from time to time.

* Positive Can Do Attitude and respect for position.

* Must be able to work within a team based Property Management department under the guidance and support of the Agency Administrator,

Here’s what we would love to see in a candidate!

* Trust accounting experience including receipting, payment of invoicing and reconciliation, (particularly Console)

* Experience in the local real estate profession and local market,

* Experience in PM Boss. (Training can be provided)

* Ideally have experience with  Console, Realworks & PM Boss.
