Duties include but are not limited to:
•         Building relationships with external & internal clients
•         Actively sourcing new business
•         Conducting rental appraisals
•         Business generation from existing and new client base
•         Providing exemplary customer service
To be considered for this role you need:
•         Agent's Representative Certificate 
•         Proven real estate experience an advantage
•         Excellent time-management, communication & organisational skills
•         Robust negotiation skills
•         Initiative and the ability to work independently or within a team
•         Positive, tenacious, 'can-do' attitude
•         Friendly & easygoing manner
•         Corporate presentation
