We are an established boutique agency in Coolum Beach, specializing in residential sale and rentals.  We have a wonderful team of agents and property managers in place and are looking to add a key team member in the role of PA to the Director.

Job tasks and responsibilities

This is a fast paced role supporting one of the most successful agents in the area.  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of listing kits and marketing of properties
  • Contract administration
  • Preparation of appraisals
  • Attending meetings with photographers, inspectors and buyers
  • Sales to settlement coordination 
  • Liaise with vendors and buyers 
  • Database entry and management
  • Lead follow-up
  • Website & social media management
  • Client relationships and management 
  • Auction and open home preparation 
  • Attending auctions and open homes

Skills and experience

  • Good listening skills
  • Great at networking and relationship building 
  • Outgoing, not shy
  • Ability to convey ideas and concepts
  • Self-directed, self- motivated
  • A people person & a team player
  • Ability to think outside the square
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Willing to prospect for and follow up on leads
  • Highly organized
  • Extremely proficient computer skills with extensive knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.

  • Immaculately presented and well groomed
  • A current real estate salesperson registration certificate or license is also a plus
