Located in sleek offices in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, amongst a hub of café's and busy retail and lifestyle precincts, this is an agency that offers nothing but accountable results for their high end clientele. With a close knit, dynamic team that work extremely well together, they are currently seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Administrator to support a team of top performing team of Sales Agents dominating the Eastern Suburbs.

Saturday open homes will be required, you will be the driving force that keeps this fun yet hard working teams' day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. 

The Role:

• Support one of the best & most reputable Sale Agents in the East
• Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Prepare 'Just Listed' & 'Just Sold' Templates/Letters
• Prepare and update pre-listing kits
• Prepare appraisal documentation
• Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing
• Responding to email enquiries
• Database management & entry
• Attend pre-settlement inspections
• Exchange contracts
• Organising gifts and communications during sales process
• General administration tasks

Experience & Benefits:

• Previous Real Estate Experience
• Must possess a massive amount of energy
• Will be ambitious, driven and hungry
• Have strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs
