THE ROLE:
This is a fast paced role which will suit an energetic person with exceptional time management and customer service skills. If you are passionate about property and thoroughly enjoy dealing with people, then this may be the job for you.
This role is both the face and the backbone of the organisation and as the first point of contact you will need to have fantastic personal presentation and an excellent phone manner.
Day to day duties will include but not limited to:-
- Property viewings
- Managing tenancy database
- Answering & Directing Calls
- Meeting & Greeting Clients
- Receipting of rental monies
- Generating Reports and responding to emails
- Uploading properties to the internet
- Processing rental applications
- Assisting the Property Management team
- Basic ad hoc duties
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE:
This role will suit someone who takes pride in their job and is passionate about developing their career in the Real Estate industry.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good phone manner and communication skills
- Current Drivers Licence
