Well established and fast growing leading agency, Ray White Parramatta Group (Parramatta/Oatlands/Northmead/Greystanes), is now seeking two full-time (Monday to Friday) Property Managers working in Parramatta CBD or one of our local offices. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary plus super, car and mobile phone allowance (Parking will be provided in Parramatta CBD). Led by principal Steven Fan, our office is highly respected in the local market and consistently awarded among our peers.
Your duties will be included in this role:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Assist, check and approve tenancy applications and the execution of agreements
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and periodical inspections
- Organise and complete repairs and maintenance, regular contact with clients
- Execute applications to Tenancy Tribunal and present cases
- Arrears control effectively
- Conduct regular rent reviews and increases
- Manage day to day duties on your portfolio
- Ability to prioritise with a flexible and mature approach
To apply this position, you must be licensed or hold a certificate of registration and you must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car, and most importantly:
- You already have minimum 2 years' experience in property management
- You are familiar with REST or Property Tree
- You are professional in your current service to clients and customers
- You have an eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
- Your hard work ethic is underpinned by care, honesty, integrity and accountability
- You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
- Your written and verbal skills are of a high standard
- You are well presented and have positive team attitude
