The Client:
My Client is a boutique developer who is a major player in the mixed use and apartments space that specialise in the Sydney market. They produce luxury developments, and are well known in the market for their innovative project portfolio. Their projects range from medium to large scale and are always in high demand. The company has been experiencing rapid growth and in turn are now looking for a Development Manager to join the successful and growing team!

The Role:
Reporting directly to Director and assisting in the management of projects from acquisition through to delivery.

• Working on multiple projects at a time, managing the entire timeline of the projects from front end through to delivery being mindful of budget
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to build a great rapport with clientele, and project stakeholders
• Must be able to read and interpret architectural, structural and services drawings etc.
• Degree qualification in Property, Construction or
• Residential, hotel & commercial experience highly regarded
• during the design and development phase
• Site identification/selection

The Candidate:
Suitable candidates will possess the following qualities: 

• 5+ years experience in property development 
• Experience working across residential and mixed use projects
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in property or construction 
• Have an awareness of lifestyle driven design and sustainability
• Be a team player and willingness to mentor
• Has experience on acquiring sites  
• Demonstrate experience in running project feasibility using Excel and Estate Master
