Description
Reporting to the facilities manager, the assistant facilities manager role will consist of the day to day management and coordination of job processing and sub-contractors. An ambitious task orientated person with great problem solving skills in required to get on board a busy service delivery business.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience in facilities or related field
- Customer Service and or Hospitality background preferred
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Budget management and financial analysis skills
- MAC experience and basic space planning and reporting
