Based in our Darwin office and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join a tightly knit team of professionals, responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium residential and commercial complexes.

We are seeking someone with strong core management capability including financial management, customer relationship management, risk management and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Development of annual budget and forecasts for Strata Corporations
  • Implementation of maintenance strategies in accordance with budgets for Strata Corporations
  • Partner with clients to assist in the management of Strata Corporation's assets
  • Working collaboratively with clients to identify and manage risks
  • Effective management of relationships with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of efficient operational processes
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development and a contribution to a healthy team culture

The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes:-

  • Results orientated with a proven track record in managing high volume processes
  • Energetic, with commercial acumen
  • Ability to engage with an influence a wide variety of people
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage legislatively complex issues
