Whittles is a market leader in the provision of specialist management services to Commercial, Industrial and Residential Owners and Corporations. Established in 1968, Whittles is recognised in the industry as one of the largest, most experienced and professional service providers.
Based in our Darwin office and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join a tightly knit team of professionals, responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium residential and commercial complexes.
We are seeking someone with strong core management capability including financial management, customer relationship management, risk management and a commitment to quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Development of annual budget and forecasts for Strata Corporations
- Implementation of maintenance strategies in accordance with budgets for Strata Corporations
- Partner with clients to assist in the management of Strata Corporation's assets
- Working collaboratively with clients to identify and manage risks
- Effective management of relationships with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
- Contributing to the ongoing development of efficient operational processes
- Commitment to ongoing personal development and a contribution to a healthy team culture
The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes:-
- Results orientated with a proven track record in managing high volume processes
- Energetic, with commercial acumen
- Ability to engage with an influence a wide variety of people
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage legislatively complex issues
