Commercial Valuers or Generalist CPV’s ideally with prior Commercial exposure. This National Property Advisory Firm is looking to replace a key Senior Profile in their team that recently retired, creating a unique prospect for technical and professional development.
Fostering a culture of in-house development, they prefer to train and raise their own into technical leadership and management positions. This opportunity not only affords you significant technical training, but places you on a clear pathway towards a similar leadership position, your role at first will be:
- Commercial Retail / Industrial work Sub $5million
- CBD projects up to $10million.
- Consistently Strong work pipeline.
- Further training into acquisitions, agribusiness and non-mortgage
The Tasmanian market is seeing exceptional growth in the Agribusiness area. This firm is considered the local experts and can train you into this specialization and pick up on the work that is increasingly directed to them. You’ll receive local, on the ground training AND have complete regional specialist support. With direct lines to Heads of Departments should you need advice on a particular valuation.
