The Client:

The Role:
Amazing opportunity for a Property Officer to assist a team of 4 Property Managers in a supportive and progressive environment;
- Preparing properties for advertising
- Open for inspections
- Processing applications
- Liaising with tenants
- Assisting with Ingoing/Outgoings
- Ad hoc administration duties
Skills and Experience:
- Certificate of Registration
- Driver license and reliable car
- Leasing/Reception experience
- Motivated attitude
- Immaculate presentation
- High levels of organisational skills
- Knowledge of REST, Filesmart and Inspection Manager systems is an advantage
