The role does require a husband and wife team and would be perfect for an over 50 semi retiree couple that have background within administration and caretaking/maintenance.
To be successful for this role you will be able to perform:
- Maintaining the gardens and landscaping.
- Ensuring that all common arears are of the highest standard and have the capacity to carry out repairs where required.
- Communicating with the residents living within the resort.
- Be able to show empathy when trouble shooting and have good communication skills.
- Be physically fit and able to perform the required tasks.
- Manage the front office and perform the required administration tasks.
- Assist with the sales team for new residents.
