THE FIRM

• Long established general law firm with a very easy going and supportive team environment. Willing to give any case and any one a go!
• Practising in a number of areas such as Business Law, Property and Wills & Estates.

THE ROLE

• Handle Sales/Purchase files from end to end with the majority being Residential (Mums & Dads).
• A good understanding of residential and commercial conveyancing as well as off the plan purchases is also required.
• Preparation of Section 32 statements, Contract drafting, Calculating of the Statement of Adjustments and arranging settlements.
• Position is full time 9 to 5.00 (Mon - Fri) offering a good work life balance.
• Initially for a three week period and then another possible week in September.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You must have prior experience as a conveyancing clerk and are able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ideally have experience with LEAP but training available for the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills with an ability to multi task.
• Ideally live locally but travel expenses can be arranged for the right candidate.
