Inherit a complete practice from a respected partner who is retiring imminently. Capital markets heavy, the client base is mid-market in orientation. Primarily listed, there will also be privately owned company involvement.
This mid-tier spans the Eastern-Seaboard so is large enough to hold the respect of listed entities, but able to be flexible in respect to individualised practices. They act primarily for non-institutional clients, with manufacturing, mining/mining services, and professional services featuring strongly.
Sitting in a financially hygienic position, the CEO is able to take a personalised approach to metrics.
Requirements; you will be a Partner or Special Counsel delivering on at least a $600k practice, with proven capital markets experience. While not a prerequisite, a transportable client base will further strengthen a beneficial negotiating position.
