Opportunity for a qualified and experienced Conveyancer to join a friendly established finance firm in Geelong.
The responsibilities of this role will include;
- preparing conveyancing documents and correspondence;
- diary management and scheduling of appointments;
- preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements;
- liaising with clients and professionals at all levels; and
- other property law/conveyancing tasks as required.
The successful candidate will:
- be capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
- have the ability to multi-task and complete tasks to a high standard in a fast paced environment;
- provide exceptional client service;
- be able to manage files from instructions to settlement;
- have excellent communication skills; and
- enjoy working with a dynamic team with great system, procedures and culture.
Experience with LEAP Legal Software and PEXA is preferred.

The current position is full time from 9am to 5:00pm. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
