Client Details
One of Australia’s leading development organisation’s is seeking an experienced property lawyer to join their expanding projects team. Reporting into the Head of Legal this is a key role within the legal team providing legal support to the business on all aspects of commercial property developments.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice on development agreements, joint ventures and project financings
- Review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
- Analyse and identify legal risks and implications for the business
- Implement a legal panel for the team
- Working in a close team environment and mentoring junior lawyers.
Profile
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a minimum of 10 years PQE gained in-house or within a mid or top-tier law firm, across general property matters including commercial projects, retail property projects, communities projects and acquisitions and disposals of land.You will also possess strong negotiation and project management skills. Have superior communication skills and the ability to provide outcomes focused advise to the business.
