Great opportunities to join reputable and highly pofessional firms are few and far between.  Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join this successful law firm. They are seeking a motivated, confident & focused individual to join their exceptional team. 

A little more about the role:

• Across Residential, Commerical and Sub-Division conveyancing files.
• Liaising with high profile clients.
• Build client base with you sales and rapport building skills.
• Coordinating settlement.

A little about you:

• Show responsibility and build report easily.
• Articulate and professional manner of communication.
• LEAP software experience is ideal and PEXA will be highly regarded.
• Passion and drive for expanding the business.
• Strong customer service skills to assist with expanding the business.

You will have at least 10+ years' current experience in a similar role. This role will suit someone who is an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal with hands on exposure in managing high volume development sales matters. A flexible approach, "can-do" attitude and sound knowledge of PEXA is a must! Good communication skills and strong attention-to-detail could see you secure this fantastic opportunity.
