This Federal Government Department is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer for a 12 month non-ongoing contract
In this role you will provide legal services as required by the Department, which will involve drafting legal advice on a broad range of commercial law issues such as procurement, grants, leasing, financial arrangements and intellectual property. The role will also involve drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial agreements.
To succeed in this role, you must have a tertiary law degree and be eligible for admission to practice. You will have significant experience as a Federal Government Commercial Lawyer at the EL1 level.
In return, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment on a variety of commercial law matters. The salary on offer will equate to your skills and experience at the EL1 level.
