THE ROLE
Supporting 2 Partners within the Taxation practice group your role will be busy and involved. You will take responsibility for:

• Processing billing and expenses
• Organising travel, conferences and functions
• Organising meetings
• Creating and amending documents
• Liaising with clients
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Handling correspondence
• Opening matters and managing files
• Ad hoc secretarial duties

 
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful for the role you must have:

• 2+ years previous legal secretarial experience
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and a typing speed of 50wpm +
• Experience using a billing software
• Flexibility to work on tasks outside of your position description
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively
• Immaculate presentation
