THE ROLE:
The Senior Patent Administrator role on offer will see you supporting, assisting and managing a lovely and down to earth team who have worked hard to keep the culture of there team at the forefront of there practice. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your daily responsibilities in this rare role will include drafting correspondence and letters, managing staff and tasks, liaising with patent attorneys, foreign associates & clients, promoting a supportive team environment of co-workers, guaranteeing that deadlines are met, managing workloads across the team, attending to all billing functions all other general admin requirements.  A minimum of 5 years in a similar position working as a Patent Legal Secretary will ensure you can hit the ground running in this role. Managerial Experience will be Highly Regarded!

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU? 
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold specific experience within intellectual property law (Patents) in a Legal Secretary or Team Leader capacity.  Your solid skills as a fast and accurate typist and ability to remain calm under pressure will assist in your success, as will any experience using Inprotech and updating databases.
