The Role
Our client seeks a Lawyer with minimum 5 + years’ litigation experience in motor vehicle insurance. You will be someone who is highly commercial in the way you conduct your professional practice with the strongest of technical skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment, juggling many competing priorities.
You
You will be required to lead a small team of lawyers and take responsibility for management of your own files in relation to Court timetables; from drafting of all court documents to proceedings and Direction hearings in the Superior Courts. You will be adept at Magistrates Court appearances and pre-hearing conferences and highly experienced in liaising with clients and insured parties. You will also be a marketing and BD expert, who has demonstrated skills in writing articles for client newsletters, conducting in-house seminars and the like.
