Working in a small and cohesive team, you will be responsible for providing Legal Technology Solutions to the Perth office of this National firm.
Your role will involve:
- Uploading, exporting and transferring data using Ringtail
- Hyperlinking
- Disc and USB preparation
- Hardcopy processing and printing
- Arranging couriers to collect and deliver hard copy materials to clients
- Managing a team of casual Paralegals - ensuring their availability is constantly updated, in order to bring in extra staff members when needed for projects
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, we are seeking candidates with around 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience with either Ringtail or Relativity is essential as is a personable, approachable and ‘can do’ attitude! You must enjoy working with people as you will be responsible for managing a number of casual employees. The ability to problem solve, think on your feet and remain calm under pressure is essential.
Whilst the role is Perth based, you will also be involved with working with a wider National team.
Please note this is a full time, permanent position and you must be available on this basis. Due to the nature of the work, if an urgent deadline is looming, overtime will be needed but will be compensated.
