The firm
This is rare new opportunity to join our well regarded boutique firm client with an impressive pipeline of funded class action litigation.
The role
Suiting a Senior Associate level lawyer, this role will focus on class actions relating to employment law issues such as the underpayment of wages and the classification of employees as contractors. A background in class actions more generally touching on such matters will naturally be advantageous. Those without unrelated class actions experience though with an interest in these types of matters may be considered, as will those from a non-class actions employment law environment. Some interstate travel may be required from time to time.
