The Opportunity
Our client is one of Australia's most prestigious law firms across the Eastern seaboard who act for ASX Listed companies and both government and private sector clients (including infrastructure owners, developers, contractors and financiers) across the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors on headline making projects.

The Ideal Candidate
Ideally you will have:
- At least 18 months construction law experience;
- Some knowledge, however not all are essential, of the Building Act, Domestic Building Contracts Act, Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and related regulations, and Australian Standard Construction contracts will be highly regarded;
- Any experience in transactional matters relating to construction, infrastructure and major projects including the preparation of project documents, Design & Construct Agreements, Consultant Agreements and PPPs, will also be well regarded however not essential.
