Our client presents as very unique proposition in the Australian market. They operate as a Top Tier Law firm, but without the constraints of having to report to a Global HQ, which gives them the flexibility to make quick decisions and adapt to the ever changing legal market.

This role sits in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Team, which is headed by two Globally Recognised Partners. Their work covers (but not limited to):

Private equity structuring, including management and leveraged buy-outs
Mergers & Acquisitions - including executing and defending takeover bids & implementing agreed mergers by scheme of arrangement
Complex share or asset acquisitions and divestitures, including cross-border transactions
