A rare opportunity exists for a general commercial lawyer to join the close-knit legal team of a global organisation.
In this role you will work closely with the General Counsel and business. You will be part of fast paced, friendly and supportive team, working on a broad range of corporate, commercial and IT transactions - drafting, reviewing and negotiating key contracts relating to M&A, joint ventures, technology, licensing and other commercial agreements.
You will have approximately 2-4 years PQE in general commercial law/ IT law acquired in a leading law firm or in house practice. You will have strong experience in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial matters; with a high attention to detail and a robust commercial focus.
This role will provide you with much autonomy and the ability to work closely with the business.
