The Role
You will be working as an integral part of the Applied Legal Technology (ALT) team by supporting and assisting all levels to deliver efficient ALT services including matter-related databases, eDiscovery, data processing and document management solutions. Your day-to-day will include:
- Creating and administering electronic and hardcopy document management solutions
- Using databases (e.g. Ringtail) and tools to deliver efficient solutions
- End-to-end project management (scoping, planning, costing etc.)
- Provide technical administration to all levels within the team
- Ensure document integrity is strictly maintained
You
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience with Ringtail, Relativity or a similar platform
- A background within project management, legal or information management
- A qualification with Law, Computer Science or a relevant discipline (highly desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive hands-on attitude
- Exceptional time management skills
- Financial acumen
