Currently we are looking for a full time Experienced Registered Migration Agent for an immediate start to provide visa assistance and consultation to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic person with a can do attitude, who looks forward to challenges and who is good at handling the pressure at busy periods to join our Aussizz family.
Your Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and lodge visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs;
- Prepare timely and accurate advice (either as or for a registered migration agent) regarding visa options and other related immigration issues
- Provide clients with advice and assistance in relation to immigration compliance;
- Liaise with clients and applicants to prepare visa applications;
- Ensure the maintenance of up to date client records;
We’re looking for people with the following skills and experience:
- Professional experience in a legal or professional services environment with proven exposure to immigration fundamentals and processes
- Be a registered migration agent, solicitor or be undergoing registration with experience
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A keen interest in further developing your technical skills in the field of migration law and policy.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi
- Good attention to detail
- Microsoft office and outlook skills
- Ability to work well within our culturally diverse team and work under pressure.
