Eastern suburb firm seeks an experienced workover lawyer who can independently run work cover and TAC claim files. The role will include the initial contact with claimants, gathering evidence, providing advice and managing the matter to conclusion.
Attributes for the role include excellent written and oral skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team environment and the ability to communicate with clients confidently. A well-presented individual with a good attitude is essential.
Experience in other areas of law would be an added advantage for the prospective applicant.
