The company
Our client is a premier law firm who are recognised as leaders in all areas of Workplace Relations law. We are currently seeking a lawyer with (5 years pae) to join their growing team.
You will advise on a broad range of workplace relations matters including:
- Strategic workplace relations advice
- Dispute Resolution
- Advice on employee entitlements and conditions
- Drafting enterprise agreements, employment contracts, executive service agreements and independent contractor agreements
- Terminations and unfair dismissals
- Restraint matters
- Discrimination, harassment and bullying claims
- Industrial relations and OHS matters
- General OHS matters
This is a great opportunity to work alongside tremendously experienced Partners who are focussed on sharing their knowledge and mentoring their lawyers to achieve and surpass their potential.
You
You must have an excellent academic background and a sincere desire to make your mark in the area of Workplace Relations law to be considered. You will have proven experience in a similar role with strong communication skills as well as a high level of attention to detail.
