• Take the lead role in a Property Practice across Western Australia
• Act for large clients on a variety of property transactions

Our client is a highly regarded international firm who is experiencing growth in their Perth office, having recently added numerous top-tier Partners to their ranks. The firm is considered a key player in the global property market and has acted for clients in some of Australia’s most significant and complex property matters.

In this role you will take instructions from the firm’s existing network of clients as well as leveraging your own networks, covering some or all of the following areas:

• Property project delivery and land development
• Land subdivision and strata development
• Acquisition and disposal advice
• Strata titling/broad acre subdivisions
• Project funding
• Due diligence investigations
• Land access and compensation claims
• Review of construction/development contracts
• Sale and purchase of commercial, industrial and crown leasehold properties

We are interested in speaking with Partners who can demonstrate a history of building and leading a successful Property practice. You will be able to inspire team members and complete business development activities with assistance from the other seniors in the group.
