A fantastic opportunity for a professional and experienced Legal Practice Manager for one of the largest legal firms in Western Victoria has become available.
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and approachable person to join our team. Previous experience within a legal environment and exceptional communication skills will be required.
Responsibilities will consist of:
- Financial Management, including Budget and monthly reporting;
- Marketing, including Website;
- Human Resource and staff recruitment;
- IT Management;
- Maintenance of company buildings and assets;
- Security.
You will have:
- Significant management, financial and administrative experience in a professional service operation, ideally in a law firm;
- An ability to manage the firm’s financial human, I.T, marketing and administrative resources to meet the firm’s desired outcome capacity;
- To work as a team member and to contribute to the firm’s development as a whole;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
A Degree in management or accounting will be well regarded.
This permanent part-time position is available for 3 to 4 days per week and will require some travel to rural offices.
