This global and award winning IP firm are looking to hire an experienced IP litigator with a minimum of 5 years PAE in IP focused litigation. You will represent clients in disputes across all areas of intellectual property including patent, trade mark, design and copyright disputes and in related issues such as breach of confidentiality and misleading conduct. Coupled with this you will also get involved in business development and also supervise and mentor a junior lawyers in the litigation team.
