YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Primarily Residential, OTP (Developer & Purchaser) conveyancing files
• Exposure to Commercial files
• Arranging settlements
• Liaising with high profile clients

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Previous experience in a similar role working autonomously
• High level of attention to detail
• Show responsibility and build rapport easily
• Articulate and professional manner of communication
• Sound AFFINITY software skills
• PEXA will be highly regarded

Your down to earth attitude along with a desire to provide clients with exceptional customer service will be key in this role. You will have enough confidence in yourself to autonomously run your own files. You will have at least 12+ years' previous experience in a similar role working for an established law firm.
