Senior position available for an experienced and motivated Property Lawyer.
Your new company
Our client is a highly respected government body based in Melbourne. This organisation has increased its size significantly over the past two years and prides itself on the standard of their high performance, switched on, savvy legal team.
Your new role
They are seeking a confident and capable Property Lawyer at or around the 5+ years PAE level, who has had solid exposure to drafting and handling commercial and property related issues.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will work with Commercial contracts, drafting MOUs, procurement and on the property leases, licences and trusts. It would suit a lawyer with either government experience, looking to gain more diverse experience, or a private practice Lawyer with a significant property experience. To be considered you will also possess well developed research and analytical skills.
