A Family Lawyer with circa four years’ experience will find this role very fulfilling. It certainly will be very appealing to the most ambitious and discerning Family lawyer. The successful applicant will be working and advising on both litigious and non-litigious matters such as:
- Property disputes and claims (including those involving businesses and trusts);
- Parenting disputes;
- Binding financial agreements;
- Spousal maintenance;
- Settling matrimonial and de facto disputes;
- Intervention orders; and
- General mediation and dispute resolution.
This role will suit a practitioner who takes an avid interest in their clients' matters will revel in the role and draw immense satisfaction in helping achieve the best outcome. If you enjoy business development, networking and attending conferences and seminars the firm will accommodate.
