Option One

• Scaling up in terms of the size of leases being drafted and negotiated.
• If this is your aim, this role within an national firm is working on the larger scale leasing arrangements.
• Myriad of activity and clients.
• One key and notable franchise will drive your work.
• Strong financial position - investment into efficient systems
• Mentor with significant track record of orgnaically developing Seniors / Partners

Option Two

• Leasing focused role on mid sized arrangements.
• Mid tier with  strong property/ real estate team.
• More flexibility in hours. 
• Recognised for developing their Lawyers on client acquisition and management.
• Suit someone who is ready to build their own client base for the future
• ... or someone who enjoys the work but wants more of a balance than they currently get at a top tier firm.

Criteria:

• 2 - 4 years' post admission experience
• Property law background including a strong leasing line within a reputed firm
• Bachelor of Laws with good academics
