Shine Lawyers is now seeking a driven, experienced and an outstanding contributer to join us as a Senior Solicitor (Personal Injury) in our Bundall team.  This position is on a full time permanent basis.

The Role

• Provide clients with legal advice and representation to obtain compensation for their personal injuries
• Work across personal injury matters (workers' compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Public Liability)
• Provide legal advice to each client's particular case to suit their level of understanding
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Effectively assess claims including liability and quantum
• Draft legal documentations
• Manage and run a mixed file load

 Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years' PAE in Personal Injury
• In-Depth experience in MVA, Worker's Compensation and PL  
• Ability to manage large volumes of complex files
• Enjoy working on legally challenging and factually complex matters
• Sensitivity and confidence to deal with clients, senior and junior counsel and expert witnesses
• High standard of legal drafting skills coupled with an excellent attention to detail
• A desire to be part of a strong, cohesive team that works together to get great results
• Ability to communicate effectively with experts in multiple fields
• Demystifying the legal process to non-lawyers unfamiliar with the legal system and
• Passionate individual who wants to take this business to the next level
