About the role
Due to growth in recent times, the Property group in our Melbourne office is looking for an experienced Property Paralegal or qualified Conveyancer to join our team of 20 including two Partners and two Special Counsels. This position is a senior role and includes high volume, large scale property projects and tower developments.
This position is full-time. Our Melbourne office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday. However, we may consider candidates who wish to work part-time (a 9 day fortnight or 4 days minimum per week).

About you
We are looking for someone who is experienced, professional and confident in dealing with the preparation and management of bulk documents relating to off-the-plan sales or purchases and on-going management of bulk conveyancing to settlement.
The firm has state of the art software and systems to facilitate digital management of data, contracts and settlement and will provide training to those seeking to upgrade their skills to a digital age.
You will be well-organised, practical and commercial as this is a busy practice and requires someone who is capable of managing a significant volume of matters and who has a proven ability to consistently produce high quality work for a wide range of clients and our top-tier clients.
We also require a candidate with strong communication and drafting skills and the ability to work as part of a team and at times independently.
